Siam Care's 5th International Conference on Sexual &
Reproductive Health is once again to be held in Thailand
for workers involved in sexual health care. The conference
provides an ideal forum for those who are actively involved
in sexual and reproductive health care, particularly those
on the 'frontline' whether hospital, primary care or
community.
People with HIV/AIDS, other sexually transmitted infections
and those who continue to put themselves at risk are most
likely to suffer discrimination, intolerance and prejudice.
In addition, the challenges that healthcare workers face in
dealing with these problems are just part of the increasing
challenges being faced within the broader remit of sexual
and reproductive health.
This conference aims to bring together specialists from all
sexual and reproductive health related disciplines, from
all four corners of the globe to network and share
experiences in a socially aware environment.
The focus is not just on HIV and AIDS but the wider remit
of sexual and reproductive health health including
practical and social issues.
